PRJ is a 100% bumiputra-owned company and is registered under Ministry of Finance, Malaysia.

 Since its inception, PRJ specializes in providing training tools, machine, kits, computer and other educational products to polytechnics, vocational schools, institutes, colleges and universities under various institutions such as MARA, Jabatan Tenaga Rakyat.
